Dmitry Galperin is a General Partner at Runa Capital in Berlin. 

Over the course of a decade, Dmitry has driven his investment focus towards cloud infrastructure, deeptech and quantum computing. Dmitry actively advises MariaDB, Pasqal, Qnami and bunny.net.

Dmitry previously worked in the strategy department for Veon (NASDAQ: VEON), the world’s ninth-largest mobile network operator with more than 200 million subscribers worldwide. 

He has a Ph.D. in physics. He was also a visiting researcher at the University of Ulm and Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz in Germany, where he focused on computer simulations of novel polymer materials.
